Following this, he spent over 16 years at Frate Custom Cabinetry as a Kitchen Cabinet Specialist, refining his skills in design, project management, and client relations.

Marc entered the restaurant industry in 2012, taking on the role of Bar Manager at bartaco, a vibrant fast-casual dining destination known for its unique atmosphere and creative menu offerings. Over nearly four years, Marc was instrumental in managing bar operations, training staff, and ensuring unforgettable guest experiences.
In 2017, he joined CRAVE Restaurant LLC as Bar Manager, where his leadership and expertise truly flourished.
