New York Woman Identified as Victim in Fatal Rhode Island Crash
Richmond, RI – The Rhode Island State Police have identified the victim in a fatal collision on I-95 north in Richmond on Wednesday as 64-year-old Shelia White from South Hampton, New York.
According to authorities, the crash occurred around 2 p.m. when a vehicle traveling in the right lane was struck from behind by another vehicle. Both vehicles left the roadway and overturned.
White was pronounced dead at Kent Hospital. One individual was transported to the hospital with serious injuries, while two others received treatment for minor injuries at the scene.
